Voortman V807 is a 7-axis robotic thermal profiling cutting machine that can complete every step of the coping process with one pass. It has the ability to reach all sides of the material at exceptional speed and accuracy. This CNC coping machine can process wide flanges and standard beams including H-pile beams and square and rectangular tubes. It can also handle angles and steel channels.

In order to integrate the machine with a fully automated MSI beamline, full-automatic profile transportation is available. Our/The VACAM Software controls the sensored liftables and drag-dogs which transport profiles onto and out of the outfeed roll conveyor. Select products will be automatically produced from the trading lengths. Cross-transports allow the machine's ability to handle multiple profiles.

To integrate the machine to an MSI beam line, full automatic profile transport can be provided. Our/The VACAM software controls sensors drag-dogs and liftables for transporting profiles onto and off the outfeed roller conveyor. Voortman V807 is an automated 7-axis thermal profile cutting machine. This system can cut all four sides of materials with extraordinary speed and accuracy. This CNC coping tool can be used to process standard and wide flange beams.

CUTS ALL SHAPES AND LAYS MARKING ON ALL OUR SIDES.The V808 robotic shape processor is capable in processing almost any type of shape. This profile width may not be common in your production. The VoortmanV807 is our newest coping robotic. It can process profile widths upto 1.050mm (42") when necessary. You can heat process the V808's robotics thermally for rat holes or seismic structural design connections, such as slotted web or "dog bone" cuts.
